Weight Loss Coupons & Biofilm Sampling
The mainstay of most process corrosion monitoring systems is the weight loss coupon, either as a back-up to other methods or, in their own right, where conditions are not so dynamic as to require proactive management. Cormon supply a full range of cleaned, weighed and packed coupons together with holders and mounting kits for all types of process monitoring applications. These include types suitable for on-line removal and replacement. Cleaning, weighing and reporting services are available from the Field Service group.
Multi-stud biofilm sampling devices are used to collect sample of the biofilm forming on steel surfaces. They are supplied in forms compatible with on-line access systems. Tests kits or testing services are also available.
