Conventional monitoring, sampling and chemical injection systems
Cormon provide a range of conventional corrosion monitoring products and systems including sampling & chemical injection equipment and associated tools and accessories.
Conventional monitoring techniques include electrical resistance(ER), linear polarisation resistance (LPR), galvanic (ZRA), hydrogen, biofilm, current potential logging (CPL) and weight loss coupons. A variety of probe designs have been developed over many years to provide the optimum specification to meet client requirements.
Probe (retrievable) and instrument systems are designed for both high and low pressure applications including high temperature refinery (450C) and laboratory studies. Instrumentation systems are suitable for hazardous area use (Eex ia IIc T4) and interface to safe-area on-line real-time data acquisition systems and software.
Chemical injection and sampling systems provides equipment to inject chemical treatments into the system and to take samples of process fluids for analysis. These systems along with the monitoring equipment provide the essential elements of corrosion management equipment.
Application
These products and systems are applied to a diverse range of applications and industries including upstream and downstream oil and gas, chemical processing, water and power utilities.
